Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted for customization before completing an order.

Once a personalized product enters production, changes may not be possible.

Because personalized and custom apparel is created specifically for the customer, these products are generally considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced due to an error by Sip-Smoke-Share Apparel.

SECTION 5 – CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

If you submit logos, photographs, artwork, names, trademarks, graphics, slogans, or other materials for use on a custom product, you represent that you have the legal right or appropriate permission to use those materials.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary copyright, trademark, licensing, or other permissions.

Sip-Smoke-Share Apparel reserves the right to refuse a customization request that we believe may violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or our business standards.

SECTION 6 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price shown at the time your order is submitted.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Sip-Smoke-Share Apparel is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's shipping procedures and policies.

SECTION 8 – PERSONALIZED & CUSTOM PRODUCT PROCESSING TIME

Personalized and custom products are made specifically for each customer and require additional production time.

Please allow up to 10 business days for personalized or custom products to be created before shipping.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

The production period is separate from shipping time. Shipping and estimated delivery time begin after your personalized product has been completed and transferred for shipment.

Some custom orders may be completed sooner, but customers should plan for the full 10-business-day production period when ordering.

By purchasing a personalized or custom product, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeframe.

SECTION 9 – REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Personalized and custom-made products are generally final sale once production begins.

Refunds or replacements may be considered when:

The product arrives damaged
The product is defective
The incorrect item was shipped

Customer errors involving spelling, sizing, color selection, numbers, wording, or other customization details generally do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Personalized and custom products may require up to 10 business days to create before shipping. Shipping and delivery time is separate from the production period.

Any customer who submits a logo, photograph, artwork, trademark, name, slogan, graphic, or other material for customization represents that they have the legal right or appropriate permission to use that material.

Sip-Smoke-Share Apparel reserves the right to refuse any customization request that may infringe upon the copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of another person, company, school, organization, team, or entity.

The appearance of third-party names, trademarks, team names, school names, organizations, cities, neighborhoods, or other references on customer-requested custom products does not imply sponsorship, authorization, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with Sip-Smoke-Share Apparel unless specifically stated.
